Tilson is the founder of Acutech. He has management experience spanning over 15 years cutting across Manufacturing, Engineering and Information Technology focusing on manufacturing factory automation, robotic technology and computer aided design. He later expanded his expertise in Information Technology focusing on ERP system (Baan, SAP, Oracle) process automation and enterprise project management solution in particular Microsoft EPM and Oracle Primavera. His programme and project management experience include implementation of Portfolio, Programme and Project Management turnkey solutions for various clients in the private and public sector. Some of the companies he worked for include Cobra Water, @workholding, Rotek Engineering and Masterfoods South Africa,

Lebo has over 15 years of experience in the Management Consulting and Skills Development fields, across both the private and public sectors including exposure to international assignments. Her expertise are in research and policy development, strategy development, governance, organizational development,  change management, youth development, coaching, training and facilitation services and the implementation of enterprise wide and performance improvement interventions. Lebo has recently crafted a niche in the Portfolio Programme Project and Change Management landscape, and expanded her information technology pedigree focusing on the development and implementation of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), SAP, ERP and end-to-end of enterprise IT governance (COBIT®5 ). She has a keen interest in the academic field and has trained and tutored at various levels. She has worked at some of the leading banks, Standard Bank and Barclays Africa and Middle East operations.
