The room to train and “hand-hold” resources over time has become a luxury that organisations cannot afford. Our strategic resourcing offers external resourcing and placement services to our clients in the PPPM market with suitably qualified, accredited and experienced resources.  We provide such resources across multi markets and sectors in line with the size of the project or levels of specialisation required.  We apply best practice whilst ensuring compliance with legislation and client specification.

Levels of Service Delivery

We have an experienced and dynamic recruitment and placement team reporting into the Director for Professional Services, with an extensive database of eligible resources which meet the expected skill set 

  • In the event that highly specialized resources are required, we already have standard Teaming and Partnership Agreements with major local companies with global reach in the areas that includes ICT, Engineering, P3O®, and Change Management for purposes of collaboration.
  • We are ISO 9001: 2008certified organisation with a Quality Management System (QMS) in place to monitor service delivery levels to clients, coupled with periodic client surveys to ensure quality assurance and compliance.
  • Our Performance Management system includes a significant weighting on performance input from the client.

Our service level agreement provides contract and client relationship management, tasked with the responsibility to monitor project delivery and mitigate potential risks including the replacement of resources should such a need arise.
